Logging into router via web browser

To login to your router and make changes using a web browser, you need to be connected to the wifi (or via an ethernet connection if the wifi is not working) of the router.

Once connected, open the web browser on your device and in the web address bar at the top of the screen type the IP address of the router (for most routers the default IP address will be 192.168.0.1)

Web Browser Address

Hit enter and the login screen for the router will appear. Depending on your router type it may ask for a username, and a password or it may simply ask for a password.

In most cases the username (if asked) will be - admin. The password will be your wifi password.

If you cannot remember the details, you can find the information for your router username, password and configured router IP address by logging in at https://billing.dreamtilt.com.au

Once logged in to your billing account online, go to - Services, My Services, click on your broadband plan, then on the Manage Product page will be the Router connection information details needed.

If you still cannot access the router, you may need to reset the router to default by pressing the reset button on the router in for 10 seconds, then let the router restart, and follow the instructions here - https://billing.dreamtilt.com.au/index.php?rp=/knowledgebase/7074/Router-recovery-after-reset.html to put the settings back into the router and have it connect to the internet again.
