Setting up Voicemail Settings on Dreamtilt VoIP

Dreamtilt VoIP Voicemail Accounts

All Residential VoIP accounts have a voicemail account that can be used to record messages if a user is unavailable or busy.

To access your VoIP voicemail, dial 2000 from your Dreamtilt connected phone. (Note: This does not apply to Dreamtilt Cloud PBX accounts).

You will need to login to your VoIP account online at https://sip.dreamtilt.com.au to setup forwarding calls to the voicemail system as well as set up PIN codes and email accounts to forward voicemail recordings.

Setting Up Dreamtilt VoIP Voicemail Online

Once you have logged into your voip account, click on Call Settings, then Voicebox.

Under the Voicebox settings, check and set your PIN (required for accessing voicemails) and set the email if you wish to have the voicemails sent as an attachment to your email account. You can also upload and change your default busy or unavailable messages in the settings
